The Lammas Loaf: A First Harvest Ritual Kit

The first harvest is here, and it smells like warm bread. This kit turns Lammas into something you can hold: a no-knead loaf baked as the ritual itself, with the rite woven into every step from mixing to first cut.

What's inside

• A complete no-knead bread recipe written as ritual, 10 numbered steps with spoken words at the mixing, scoring, and first cut
• A full first-harvest table rite: the offering slice, naming your harvest, the harvest toast
• Honest history: what is old (Lughnasadh, the Lammas loaf blessing) and what is new (the modern baking-as-ritual framing)
• A first-harvest altar setup with harvest correspondences
• A three-field harvest audit: projects, relationships, skills, sorted into gathered, ripening, and failed crop
• Gratitude practices with teeth: naming the hands, the sent thank-you, the seven-day table practice
• A Lammas feast menu, first-fruits markings beyond bread, and putting food by
• A seven-day harvest week calendar, a printable altar card, and an 11-point harvest checklist
• 20 pages

A kitchen ritual for the first harvest, honest about its roots and generous at the table. It will not bake the bread for you, but it will make the baking mean something.
